I am new to this practice, only going one time for a routine cleaning. I have dental phobia and had a tooth crack 2 days before a business trip. Dr. Goyal came in in a Saturday to evaluate the break and remedy a fix so I didn’t have to miss the trip. She was kind and empathetic to my fear . I highly recommend this practice.

I recently moved from out of state and needed a new dentist. I had to buy my own insurance because I’m an independent contractor. Chris, the admin, was incredibly helpful and made sure I had my coverage ducks in a row before I came in. She’s also very good at letting people know when earlier dates become available, reducing people’s waits for appointments. Dr. Goyal and the hygienists were kind and always checking in to make sure I wasn’t in any pain (I wasn’t). I’m happy to have Kennedy Family Dental as my new dentist.

My family switched from another dental practice to KFD almost 10 years ago. So glad we did. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. Recently, I had a minor dental crises. Chris, at the front desk was able to fit me into their already hectic schedule. Just wanted to acknowledge Dr. Goyal and the entire staff for the great work they do!

Kennedy family dental is bar none the best dental practice in the business. From the super friendly front office manager, to the amazing hygienists and Dr Goyal herself. I’ll never go anywhere else. I’m a heavy smoker and coffee drinker and they keep my smile pearly white.

Save yourself the trouble, and go to Torrington Dental Care on Kennedy. They have way better hours/staff. This place has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I switched dentists 6 months ago because of how nasty their desk person was to me when I had called to cancel an appointment. When I recieved an appointment call the other day I assumed it was my new dentist. When I got there, I was told there was a mistake and they must have called the wrong person. I didnt think much of it, until today when I received a bill being charged for a missed visit at Kennedy Family Dental.. a policy that i have never in my life heard of with dentists. The bill was annoying, but it also contained a rude note that read, "when you don’t come for my appointment, the hygienist doesn’t get paid!" I’m sorry, but pay your hygienist then? Since when are dentists commission based? I’m sorry, but that was incredibly uncalled for and unprofessional. Very glad i switched months ago.
