Update due to the below response: this review is not an error. This is the absolute worst orthodontist in the world. Please view the other bad reviews of the place which recount a similar experience. My previous orthodontist retired and it was passed on to this guy who has been the epitome of incompetence. I was almost done with treatment and this person has practically tripled the time of treatment. They argue about what to do in front of the patient. The don’t use gloves when they absolutely should be. They overexpand and then need to correct. The gaslight people who leave poor feedback by mentioning how they are correct but they can’t say why because of HIPAA. They question me by mentioning how I have past reviews in Seattle. When issues are mentioned in person, they give excuse after excuse.

The staff really takes the time to explain the process and procedures. Any new finding or updates along the way are monitored attentively. Dr. Mazumder has been great through out the whole experience he really shows how much he cares for the patients also super knowledgeable and personable.

My daughter was very nervous about her appointment but, it was long before the staff and Dr. Mazumder made her feel at ease. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Dr. explained the process my daughter needed for her braces and why. Very happy with our experience and look forward to the great dental partnership to come!
