If one is poor or unable to afford insurance, one is not welcome here. Donna & Emily, may you never bear the hardships I have. My husband is disabled due to a massive heart attack, I almost lost him. He lost his job,we lost our insurance, and we almost lost our home. I will never be able to provide as he did. My point Donna & Emily, be kind to people for you don’t know the weight they carry. May no one be as cruel to you as you both were to me. Laughing at one’s hardships shows people who you are. Thank you for showing me who I never to become. Response from the owner 2 hours ago Donna and Emily have always treated my patients with respect. They were unaware of your financial status and prioritize patient care. It is my understanding that when they called to confirm your first appointment, you were surprised to learn of our financial policy: if you do not have dental insurance, we ask all patients to pay for care on the day it is performed. That’s all we were asking of you. My response- I was aware of your policy. I didn’t care for how I was treated, but I see by your response that behavior is acceptable. Best wishes

I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Israel and his team over the past 15+ years I’ve been going there. Donna and front desk crew are always respectful and kind. Susan and Shirley, the two hygienists, are outstanding and so friendly. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Israel and his whole office staff. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and professional. Anticipating that I needed extensive oral surgery, he put me at ease from my very first visit. Dr. Israel is always aware of the patients comfort level and listens to any concerns. His ultimate goal is to get the patient where they want to be with the least amount of pain. I can’t say enough about this doctor and his whole office staff, especially Melanie, his assistant who has been with him for 29 years. They complement each other in every way. If I could I would give them 10 stars without hesitation.
