Horrible treatment. Do not go, they are dirty. Rooms are filthy. CALL RELIABLE DENTAL in waterbury they are professional and will actually clean your teeth and adress your problems. All DR MALDONADO wants is to ripp out teeth cuz its a medicare scam. Be careful. Youll regret the moment you walk in.

PLEASE READ !!WORD FROM THE WISE : DO NOT BOOK HERE EVEN IF ITS AN EMERGENCY, I had an appointment at 1:20PM , when i got there the waiting room was packed, and after talking with others, was advised that 7 other people also had a 1:20PM Appointment. With one oral surgeon on duty. They made me wait pregnant, from 1:00PM until 3:15 PM , and when i get to the back the surgeon is still in other peoples mouths. Which is horrible to wait so long after waiting 3 hours. To my HORROR, was then advised by an assistant that he takes out all teeth he sees an issue with ( WHICH IS A MEDICAID SCAM) i know as ive processed claims for dental care and medical care … YOU will have NO CHOICE on what is done and its a violation of your rights . AFTER WAITING 3 plus hours dr Maldonado states i had an attitude, and refused to do dental work on me while pregnant. And after getting clearance from my OB and sitting 4 plus hours just to get work done. UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and to top it off if you are hispanic the front desk eill treat you the same as someone who doesnt speak english. ESTABLISHMENT IS A JOKE. Please go get seen elsewhere!!!! Dont trust them at all. THE ROOMS ARE ALSO DIRTY , and the front desk receptionist are biased baded on race. PLEASE DONT GO

The personal in Dr. Dental was great. My Dr. Arora was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done to ease the pain I was having with my gums and the the reason I was biting the inside cheek of my mouth. Looking forward for my next appointment.

Finally a dentist that knows what she is doing! Everyone there was polite from check in to check out! I left with a care plan and I know what to expect! The Dental assistant was very kind. I returned today 2.26.2024 and WOW the dentist I had, DR.M he was the surgeon and knew his stuff. Tonight, I am so thankful I made the call to Dr. Dental😁

I love it here, my family gets checked at this location year round. on our last visit my kids were treated by Jelena. She did an amazing job and the kids felt part of the experience. She also taught us some great tips And better products to use to sustain the health of their teeth. I highly recommend this place. The entire staff is great and welcoming. My kids left with goody bags and a smile.
