DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM!! There was a mix up on my children’s appointment time today and they both got there 15 minutes late. Instead of rescheduling they still accepted both of my daughters, which was appreciated however both children where done in 25 mins. Like what? How is that even possible? My daughters were not happy with their regular cleaning today so I decided to express my feelings and disappointment on the sloppy job they did today. Instead of Dr.Lo apologizing she decided to dismiss my children from being seen at her office. My children have been patients since 2014 never gave her any issues and this is how she repays us today. I will be calling my insurance first thing tomorrow to make sure she doesn’t get paid for those 2 visits. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ON HOW SHE DECIDED TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION TODAY!!

Dr. Lo is so patience, caring and concern about my sensitivity. She takes time to explain that to me. She is very careful and keep me aware (with kind words) each time she works on my mouth. Her team of staff is very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend her and her team.

I called today and the receptionist informed me they were not accepting new patients. Not necessarily rude. Just direct and no other information that would help. I was looking for appointments in December too, but she didn’t ask so no idea if they are booked for an indefinite time. I’m only rating the call experience.

Run! Run !Run ! as fast as you can this place is by far the most unprofessional Dental office I have every worked with. I called and was told Dr Lo wasn’t accepting any new patients! Then a year later I put and inquiry online no response call and the front desk staff are so rude, disrespectful and condescending. They don’t allow you to speak and instead allowing me to explain she cut me off hung up in my face and said oh well I don’t know what to tell you. If this is the first impression I’m sure they will screw you over. Don’t waste your time this is the distasteful experience I have every had !!!!!!
