I underwent extractions at this facility, and the process went smoothly. Dale, the Surgical Assistant, did an excellent job calming my nerves during the procedure. And explained everything I needed in great detail. Whenever I experienced discomfort, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I called for assistance.

Dr Ventura and the assistants were wonderful, very positive energy and comforting. My wisdom teeth procedure was quick and painless, I had minimal swelling and no pain afterwards. I’m very happy I chose to come here and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and proper care!

this is my second ever review, and the first negative one I have ever been compelled to write. The person that prepped me for surgery did not say a word for me. My appointment was at 9.30am, they speedily got me to pay the fee and then left me a freezing waiting room for over an hour without an update on when my surgery was happening. When I left the room to check for a time update (my ride lives 30 mins away and by the time they told me the surgery would be complete, I hadn’t even been seen), the receptionist was rude and annoyed with me, told me to back inside the room and she would check with the doctor. She didn’t and I was not told anything, but left waiting in the room again. Once I was put on the bed with the mask over my face, the staff member then left the room again! For around 10-20 minutes I am not sure, but this uncertainty was compounded with the fact that the left me earlier and did not give me an update, so I was extremely anxious. this behaviour from staff made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous for the procedure, with no certainty of when it wld be happening or if I would be taken care of properly. After that much money paid, I would at least hope for nicer treatment from staff; i do not mind if there are delays, but the rude attitude of staff really upset me and made me nervous. The Aftercare however was very prompt and responsive, my emails were normally answered within 24 hours, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I recently had extractions prior to dentures with Dr Ansari and people are telling me I’m having one of the best recoveries they’ve ever seen. I think it’s because of the combined skills of my dentist Dr Dandu of Meriden and Dr Ansari and his team

My daughter just got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the staff were amazing! Dr. Ansari and the anesthesiologist explained everything to us both and yesenia, Jennifer and Jackie were very helpful! So thank you all very much, we even got a followup call a few hrs later to see how she was doing!
