I needed a dentist asap and Dr Mikaitis took me right in, completely explained in Detail what I needed to have done and we went forward. Love the doctor and her staff! Very comfortable atmosphere!

i was totally mislead and taken advantage of, dawn went ahead and did a full set of x-rays without asking, did not explain anything , she then went ahead and looked at my back molar which i told her i’ve been having pain with and it s a crown and the shell of crown cracked and it’s an easy fix , proceeded to tell me it looks pretty good and the “ soonest “ we can get you in, ( mind you i’m in pain) is december 23 .. i’ve been waiting a month mind you.. now today i get a text confirming my appt then half hour later i get a text saying appt is canceled your insurance doesn’t cover a crown!!! wow you go ahead and assume i am not going to pay out of pocket or give me the option ?? what kind of dentist does this? oh i forgot you’ve made your money from the x-rays that were not necessary … also two weeks they have the nerve to calm and say it’s time for a cleaning appt but you make me wait i oak one month for my tooth to be fixed !!! then i call and they say oh you can get an extraction or a root canal but we don’t do either of them well guess what —- i will NEVER go back nor refer anyone to her i am done and she is a money hungry crook !! liar !! i want to say i really like the secretary dawn she was a doll and had empathy , the dentist , NO not at all!!! you lost my and bf business!!! awful disgusting and upsetting!!! your terrible and unprofessional !!!!

Wow what a fantastic office! Doctor is caring and understanding. The team is welcoming and made me feel at home. I really felt heard and that they understood how anxious I was. I did not feel that I was just a number. I now understand everything going on in my mouth and am not fearful to get my work done! She is so gentle and took great care of me and my family! Thank you so much for being there for me.
