My family and I have been going here for years. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable, and as gentle as possible in caring for your teeth. From the cozy fireplace waiting area to the treatment areas, the office is aesthetically pleasing. More importantly, from cleanings to fillings to crowns and more, the dentists, hygienists, and assistants bring care to the process. Add in a warm and friendly office staff, and of course, I highly recommend Cromwell Dental. Thank you, Cromwell Dental Team!

The staff at Cromwell Dental is excellent ! Everyone treated me with respect and care with every visit. Always called a couple days in advance to remind me of appointments and was upfront about procedures needed to get me smiling confidently again. Anything to do with my teeth gets me nervous and anxious and luckily the staff at Cromwell Dental knew how to deal with that with me. Everyone made me feel at ease with everything and took the time to make sure I was alright throughout the procedures. One of the dentists noticed that I had a chip in my front tooth without me mentioning it and let me know that it was an easy fix and added it to a procedure I was already having seeing as he was already working near that tooth. I thank the staff at Cromwell Dental and would recommend it to anyone squeamish about teeth things and want a Dentist that will take the time to make you feel comfortable and in the end feel great about smiling !

I really wanted to like Cromwell Dental and I did initially as a new patient. My cleaning was spectacular. I particularly was left disappointed with my treatment by Dr. Suarez. My first filling went well but my tooth was extremely sensitive after the procedure. After calling them, I came back and he explained to me that this could happen for a couple of months after the filling and should subside eventually. I took his word and had my other appointments scheduled for my other fillings. It was the second appointment that shocked me. Dr. Suarez did not seem like he was in a good mood that day & while I do understand that his job can be stressful, the patient is not at fault for that. Before the procedure he asked if I felt the numbing from the local anesthesia. I told him that I still had feeling in the area. I thought he might administer more but he proceeded to do the procedure. I felt pain during the procedure and a lot of blood gushing in my mouth (part of my gum was badly cut after the procedure) the dental hygienist kept yanking her tools on the side of my mouth and was EXTREMELY painful. I eventually put my hand up to stop. Both of them did not say anything which really surprised me. I expressed how I felt pain to the hygienist and still silence from both until she eventually apologized after I kept expressing dissatisfaction/pain. Dr. Suarez did not say anything at all about the incident and just kept finishing my filling which I found very unprofessional. He also seemed like he was in a rush to leave because after he abruptly left. My appointment was the last one so there weren’t other patients to see. I eventually had to return because I could not floss through the tooth he did the filling in. When I came back, I was surprised that it took him a while to look at my tooth because the hygienist was able to fit the floss through but was extremely tight between the teeth. I wanted him to check the first fillings as well because of how sensitive it was and he refused to check it. At that point, I already cancelled my last appointment with him because I felt like I was being rushed, not listened to, and given the best care. There were also some issues with billing and how much I was being charged. I really did want to switch my family over to this practice but after my care I wouldn’t recommend.
