My daughter had an amazing experience at CT Braces for her orthodontic consultation. Yazmerry collected all of our insurance information and helped us get an appointment at a convenient time. When we arrived Alex and Xenia were friendly and welcoming. The assistant Jayline explained all the steps and made our first visit very comfortable. I highly recommend this office!

Very clean! Very professional! Very organized! Everyone is so well trained and knowledgeable! The customer service is outstanding! They leave a lasting impression no matter which person you get! The owner is personable, friendly, and he runs a well established business in New Haven! My son had a wonderful experience 2018-2020, which is why I decided to come back 2021! I have shared this great experience with others! This is how a business should be ran!

Staff is very professional and attentive to the needs of the kids. Kaleb had a great experience today on his visit. What is also great the encouragement for them to keep their teeth’s and gum healthy.

Very professional, very clean and also very calming. As someone who does NOT like getting any teeth work done, getting a full set of braces was extremely simple and I was led through every step of the process. Extremely happy with them.
