The 5 star reviews on here are from people who either don’t know good service or were incentivized for a good review. The chines guy spent less time cleaning my teeth than i take to brush them. He was done QUICK!! He even tried to up-sell me on having my wisdom teeth removed by him. He couldn’t tell me why they needed to be taken out, he didn’t ask me if the hurt or anything just "they got to go". I refused but this guy still put in to my insurance to have the procedure done. Money hungry and terrible .... will not return.

Great experience with routine cleaning! First time visit was perfect. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the technician was wonderful at obtaining x rays and made sure to ask if anything was bothering me. Doctor Lee was quick, precise and knowledgeable. He’s not saccharine or garrulous and for me that’s GREAT! Who wants to have a forced, one-sided conversation whilst having a mouth full of tools? I was really happy with my treatment and I am absolutely going back for my next cleaning. Also, I’d like to add that I’m especially grateful for their service through this COVID nightmare. It’s a tough job, particularly now. They risk a lot each day to care for our unmasked mouths and I’m sure it’s not fun. Thanks!

I called into this dentistry office today August 24, 2020 at 9:30AM only to be rudely greeted by a receptionist that clearly didn’t have a ounce of hospitality. She answered the phone by say “Hold on” (not please hold but “hold on”) then she had me on the line on hold for 6 to 8 minutes. When it came time for me to ask her if she can tell me if this dentist office accepts my private insurance she was very short and unclear about if this office was inside of my insurance network. Then when I asked to schedule an appointment she was very careless to provide me with a suitable date and time. She kept interrupting me in mid sentence to offer me times and days that I was trying to tell her wouldn’t work. After her continuing to talk over me loudly I hung up & then called back to have her give me her name so I can talk to her supervisor & she refused to provide me with her name & hung the phone up on me. I called a total of 10 times and she continued to pick up and hang up the phone on me. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with someone who has such poor customer service skills. I’m pregnant and I just wanted to have a chance to have my teeth looked at before my babies arrival. I’m definitely disgusting with this women’s attitude! It says a lot that she didn’t want to provide her name I’m pretty sure I’m not the only patient that feels this way. I would of given a Zero star if I had the option!

No excuse for keeping me waiting for an hour and a half because they are busy. They should have told me when I came in! Dentist told me I needed work done! He also started to clean my teeth when I never even initially came in for that! I came in for a consolation for a deep cleaning! I had to use this dentist because I am a college student and my dentist at home said the work should be done pretty soon so I opted to go up here. I will be waiting till I am home on break to get my work done. ALSO the assistant was unprofessional. My other dentist office at home has actual students who know what they are doing!!!! The dentist was also sick with a cold and I felt very uncomfortable!!! He also said to me that we can stop the cleaning if it hurts me too much. I said go gentle. He said I am going gentle. CLEARLY this dentist does not know how to deal with ones who have anxiety and need a slow and positive dentist experience!!! This review is all over the place because so much went wrong.

First let me say I will never visit this dentistry ever again.The front desk workers weren’t very welcoming, everyone one was so unprofessional.Talking over me on what they are going to have for lunch and talking about how hungry they were. So unprofessional!. The assistant seems like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. I went for a cleaning and the dentist came and did his check telling me how I needed a bunch of filling which I doubt was true. Then ask if I wanted them done in that moment, I told him no! I was there for a cleaning. Then he started the cleaning. That was the quickest cleaning ever! I really don’t know what he did because I spend more time cleaning my own teeth. Definitely felt like less than 4mins. Total waste of time and insurance money.
