This was my first appointment after deciding to switch dental providers. As soon as I checked in, they made me feel very comfortable and treated me as if I had been a patient for years. I met the whole staff, the office manager, the hygienist and one of the two dentists. After x-rays were taken, the hygienist went over everything and we put together a plan for future visits. I cannot remember when I felt so at ease with my Dental provider. By the time I left, I knew that I was very sure that I had made a great choice in choosing this dental practice.

I have consistently been going to the dentist every six months since I can remember. I had to switch due to multiple scheduling issues at my prior office. When I walked into this office I immediately knew this was the place to be. The lobby looks like a hotel and it has a very calming feeling. My hygienist Carlos provided me with validation, calming techniques, and high quality education. I learned more about my teeth in this one visit than I did the last 35 years of my life. My teeth have never felt cleaner and even appear more white! Even during sensitive cleaning spots I felt very little discomfort. Doctor Kay didn’t rush to any invasive treatment and was very optimistic and personable in his approach. Also, they got me right in! I only waited a week. The front staff were so friendly and helpful. Top notch!!

I can’t say enough great things about this office. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Carlos did my x-rays, cleaning, etc. The standard of care was excellent. He listened to all of my concerns and was knowledgeable and kind. I learned new things about how to improve my oral hygiene routine today. The equipment in the office is state of the art. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a kind, caring and knowledgeable dental office.

This was the most thorough and friendly dental visit I’ve ever had! As a new patient to the practice, I felt welcomed and like I found the right place. Both the hygienist and Dentist made me aware of their findings on their exam with their detailed descriptions, and also made me feel calm about the entire process. I liked that the hygienist also explained everything she was doing and why. I can’t wait for my next 6 month visit now!

Today was my first visit to Dedicated Dental, but my positive experience started at scheduling. Elaine was so helpful in getting me set up with a new patient appointment and how awesome it was receiving text messages prior letting me know of possible open appointments sooner -Amazing!!!! Today I walked into a lovely clean office with friendly staff. Received the best cleaning ever from Carlos with state of the art equipment. I also appreciated how informative he was. Met Dr V who was also pleasant. From a young age I was never a fan of going to the Dentist.. but now looking forward to my next 6month check up!
