A total scam. Brought my wife in for a lost filling. After two hours of X-rays, sales pitches on all types of “problems” diagnosed by the entire team and urged procedures totaling well over $2,300 which we declined the Dr. then cancelled the filling procedure due to a lack of time. Totally ignored the entire reason for us going there. Stop Aspen Dental! Ripoff!

Amazing dentist , & usually done do review but this dentist he deserves his recognition he’s amazing he know what he is doing made me feel Comfortable& appreciated & it’s not about the money he really enjoys what he does ! Staff are great also

After, a very traumatic doctor’s experience where i almost lost my life and went through depression and drug addiction, i became very fearful of doctors, and when i developed a cyst in my molar i went and the oral surgeon, comforted me and promised i would be okay, i cried so much that day and visit as i had to get 3 teeth removed, but he definitely helped my emotions that day! And was genuinely so kind!

First experience was not great, they did not want to take new X-rays as I had them done previously within the past 18mts. They wanted to get a copy of those first. So first visit was a waste of time. Second visit was better, however they took x-rays anyway, go figure. Called to make an appointment to fix a crown and they asked me to pay 50% up front for the expected service. What!!! They were not even sure of what needed to be done but they would not make me an appointment unless I paid 50% up front, over the phone with a credit card. Not the way to do business, I’ll find a different dentist!

Aspen Dental is such a gem, I enjoyed my visit from start to finish! I switched over from another dental clinic and I much prefer Aspen Dental. I couldn’t believe my first dental exam was free; as someone without dental insurance, that was such a shock. The staff was so friendly and kind and really accommodating. I needed a dental exam for employment and they not only printed out my papers for me, but worked with me from start to finish to ensure I was covered and got what I needed. One of the staff members said the dentist was leaving soon so she grabbed him for me to make sure he filled out my paperwork. So kind! I was also scheduled to come in another day for my cleaning but the hygienist said she’d take me now because if she can help me out, she will. They are really amazing here and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend!
