It pains me to be writing this review. I have been a loyal patient of Dr Mark Breiner for over 20 years. My issue is not with Dr. Breiner but his staff. In the height of Covid, their area of CT was in the RED ZONE, I was forced to go to the dentist. Upon arriving, masked up and with gloves on, they asked me to come back into the reception area to have my temperature taken. I didn’t want to go in there because the office staff was not masked! They said "we have a hepa filter". She put on a mask and peaked out the door to take my temperature. Then I was forced to go into their space that was completely open to the dental rooms, lay in the chair with my mouth wide open, knowing that the covid virus floats in the air for 16 hours, I felt hugely vulnerable. Dr Breiner was well protected under several layers, as he should be. Happily I survived the ordeal, and checked the protocol that dentist were supposed to follow, they were not in compliance. I did not report them. I was so angry, I asked them to send my records to another dentist, Jennifer agreed but they were not sent. Years have passed, and I decided to go back. I called 3 times to make an appointment; no response. So I called, the adjoining office, I had been a patient there too, Rose promptly paved a way for an appointment. Then the letter arrives "We have decided to take the appointment you made off the schedule. We do not feel we are a good fit for you and your needs." So I guess they are saying they are not a good fit for a patient who expects their health care staff to provide a healthy environment.

I was a longtime patient of Dr Breiner because I wanted a holistic dentist. He made me two bridges that would not stay in my mouth, so I spent about $10,000 for nothing. I repeatedly almost swallowed them while chewing food. I also had to keep spending money to have them glued in again by him and by other dentists once I moved away. I had to have the bottom bridge replaced in my current location with one that would stay in. During that appointment, a dental mishap led to the the fracturing of the supporting tooth on the other bridge, so I lost both bridges at the same appointment. Never would have been there that day if Dr Breiner’s two bridges had stayed in in the first place.
