I received an emergency extraction from Dr.Duong and it literally took him 5 minutes to pull my wisdom tooth! He was so kind and gentle and talked me through exactly how the procedure would go. From the moment I walked in, I filled out paperwork and was called to the back within 10 mins of arriving. My appt was for 11:15, and I was seen at 11:15. They are very prompt and accommodating will recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! I drove from Hartford CT and will be returning for all my dental needs from now on!

The staff and dentists are great, knowledgeable, and caring. I had no insurance for dental work, but they worked with me and I was able to get some emergency work done via an extraction. I’ve used these guys a few times over 20 years and they’ve always been attentive, good dentists.

I had a crown installed at Family Dental Care a few days ago. In my opinion, Dr. Da Duong did an excellent job. I am very happy with his work and I can’t even tell which tooth is crowned. Additionally, on my first visit to Family Dental Care last year I was treated by Dr. Chien Duong for a chipped tooth that was cutting my tongue. Dr. Chien Duong’s approach made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Chien Duong didn’t seem afraid to have a difficult conversation, showed great compassion and appeared to actually care about doing good dental work. I had a phenomenal experience with both doctors. Impressive facility, clean, sanitary and staffed by very polite and friendly people. Excellent-highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this dental practice for years, not sure what the reviewer below is referring to, perhaps they are confused? Both Dr. Duongs’ here are friendly and caring, as well as the staff. They are knowledgeable and take time to educate on the important aspects of my teeth and dental care. It is such a great practice, I wouldn’t bother to look for care anywhere else in the area.

Dr Chien Duong do not take responsibility, just take the money then there is a problem to call the question then say no doctor here. At 1 o’clock the doctor arrived, and then handed me the phone number of the other office to make an appointment to check and pay more! so terrible (work without conscience)
