Dr. Ben was recommended to us by the lactation consultants at NYP- Hudson Valley Hospital after our daughter was born with a tongue and lip tie. The thought of having a laser procedure to take care of these ties on our two week old baby was upsetting, but Dr. Ben and his wonderful staff took the time to put all our worries at ease. Dr. Ben explained the anatomy and dynamics of the tongue and lip tie and the details of the procedure. My husband and I felt very comfortable and confident that we were in the right place. The procedure was no more than 5-10minutes and our daughter has been doing great ever since. Her latch for nursing is much improved and she is less gassy. We are glad had the procedure done and even happier we chose Dr. Ben. We will definitely be back when our daughter’s teeth come in!
