His front desk is among the rudest, snippiest and least helpful I have ever encountered. On four occasions they have been impossible to deal with each time. Zero follow up. No return calls. Horrible attitude. They are so awful that we are leaving the practice. The doctor is nice but getting to see him is such an emotional chore that it is not worth it. Next time you are rude, remember it can wind up online.

Dr Pacelli is one of the kindest medical providers that I have ever seen. He also is incredibly skilled and exudes competence. No one wants to have oral surgery, but if I need to again, I won’’t be at all worried. His staff is also wonderful- Laura went above and beyond to help me. I wish that I could give him a 100 star review.
