I’ve been going here for 25 years. This team is great. Loving, professional, and attentive to detail. I have only had great experiences with the Dr. Caballero and her team!

Do not go there. I had a bad experience in 2022. Waited about 4 hrs for a routine cleanup. I had to ask for the dentist to see my x-rays bc they were sending me home after 10 mins of a quick clean. She said "you have periodontitis... there’s no cure.. floss better", and sent me home. Never had dental issues before. She didn’t tell me anything about getting periodontal care & prevent worsening. Now my gums are great after searching for a good dentist to treat an abscess and seeing several periodontists for ongoing care. It would have saved me thousands if she would have recommended periodontal care at that point. They were so disorganized that they didn’t even ask for my insurance card nor checked if I had a copay; 1 month later, they called me non-stop asking for my insurance.

I have to admit that I am very upset with them I called couple of hours before the appointment because I was a new patient I always made sure that everything is okay before I got there I took the appointment 3 weeks ago and I always take the note of the time and the day so that way I don’t miss anything I spoke to a girl and I confirm the appointment I ask her twice that day I always do it like that but I called today to confirm like I was saying and they told me that they don’t even have my name on the list ! Excellent! Imagine losing a work day for this to happen . How can this just happened if they supposed to list me this is unacceptable I just wish they get more responsibilities with their patients. The worse experience ever

This comment is regarding a mother who had an appointment at 1pm for her daughter. She had to take her daughter out of school around 12 middle day to be on time for her appointment. It’s 2:35pm and she had to complain couple of times with the nurses to get at least seen by the Dr because she is already late to pick up her other kids from school. Very upsetting having an appointment and doing everything to be her on time for NOTHING. The mother with the child was out 4 minutes later.

AVOID AT ALL COST. First time here to extract a tooth and the receptionists were more worried about their cellphones than the patients. Literally in Instagram while asking questions, no eye contact at all. My appointment was at 11 and didn’t get seen until 1. By then they had taken their lunch and never checked back with me. Let’s talk about the actual dentist, poor thing had two patients at the same time, myself and another guy. The extraction cost me $300 and went well with little explanation as to what would happen next. The dentist stitched me up and sent me on my way, they didn’t mention if the stitches were dissolvable so I called them back and no one ever answered. I have left several messages to no avail. The Stitches came off the following 2 days and the wound opened up again. I have tried to get in touch with them for the last week and no one has yet to call me back. Save your time and money and look for another location, I wish I had.
