The WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever gone through in a dentist. The doctor saw me for only 2 minutes she DIDN’T EVEN CHECK MY TEETH. Just told me i had to come back when they get notified by my insurance if they can cover the cost. OK, fine I had to call them to ask if they’ve received the results. Nothing..ANOTHER 2 weeks passed and STILL NOTHING(again I HAD TO CALL THEM). i asked to talk to the doctor and they said she was going to call back,but NEVER DID.,so i went to a much better place which is LOOP DENTAL HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t count on this place following up on you.,If i could put negative star, I would.

Love Dr. Figueredo! I absolutely hate everything about the dentist but she always make the visit less painful. She is very upfront and honest and doesn’t recommend things just for money. She takes the time to explain everything to you so that you understand what is going on and what is to be expected. Her staff is by far one of the most professional staff, I’ve come across. Everyone has their duties and performs with exceptional diligence! This is my first time at this location as I usually frequent her Hialeah office. I tried going to another dentist and it was the worse decision ever. I will continue to come back here!

I’ve been going here for almost two years. Absolutely love the staff and my wonderful dentist. They are highly professional, friendly, and actually, my fear of going to the dentists have subsided! haha! If you’re like me in which your insurance doesn’t cover dental treatment, it’s not a hassle at all because the services here are affordable. I’m really happy with my dental braces as well. The health of my teeth have improved so much. Scheduling an appointment is flexible as well. I recommend everyone to go here. You will be happy that you did!
