Cleaning 3Amazing care to patients! Super kind and friendly! The dental assistants always made sure that I wasn’t uncomfortable or in pain while doing my X-rays and then the cleaning was super nice and very thorough. All the staff was friendly and always making sure I was okay and comfortable! Especially the front desk, Carolina the best office manager that guided me through everything very nicely and helped me understand the process and payments and Sara the manager of ortho. I’m super happy with the care and treatment that I received! Can’t wait to see you next month for my braces!

I came in for an emergency and, they saved not only my teeth and smile but my life! I cannot express more how impressed and happy this wonderful team made me.. I highly recommend, the doctor is amazing, the front desk make me so welcoming, and the environment and vibe it’s amazing !! I give them 10 starts

Please, educate yourself and others! If you will go to the doctor and you will have no idea what is he saying and what is he proposing to you, eventually you will get out of there with a lot of debt!!! Extremely unprofessional dental clinic with a morons in the office! They will try to get as much money as possible out of you without trying to do their job. Don’t waist your time and money! I visited them ones and never again. Asked for X-rays and been sent only one poor quality picture. After that, I had been scheduled for appointment with oral doctor, because they said I have to remove my tooth and put an implant but I called them before to cancel with 2 different people. Couple days after I called to find out if they can send me my X-rays one more time and suddenly I received an answer that it cost $25(for screenshot) 😅🤣🤣 Can someone tell me who does that? 🤣 It’s always been free after your visit since you already paid for it and with normal quality files. I asked for the manager, because none of the office girls had an idea what was going on. The most interesting fact I found from her that I had a balance of $75 on my account, because it showed them that I attended my CANCELED appointment,imagine!? I was disappointed. After that, I asked for 3D CT scan, now she saying it’s $290. When even at the first day they said it’s $250( already paid $50 at my first visit.) Manager decided to give me a discount to $190 because of the messed up situation. When my husband came to pick it up, it was says that no discount applied and I have to pay full price and now it was $295!!! Guess what? Tried to get as much money out of me again…saying we can’t do anything and manager said it wasn’t her on the phone and she doesn’t know who could do that.

I recently visited this office for a routine check-up and I was impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. Dr. Merino was very gentle she took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the process.The dental hygienist was also very attentive and ensured I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. I’ll definitely be returning for my future dental needs.

I’m never really one to post a review but I think it’s really important to post reviews for medical offices when it’s possible. I went in for an appointment and the staff at the front desk were great. I got imagining done and then the Dentist (Dr. Merino) came in and gave me an assessment. She rushed in and rushed out of the appointment which I personally don’t like. She also recommended I get one of my molars extracted which was shocking for me to hear. She then rushed me out of the room for a cleaning. Once I went to rinse my mouth after the cleaning a piece of my tooth was in my mouth when I spit out. It was jarring. They were aggressive with the cleaning. I collected my belongings and left. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and it was only noted that I needed a root canal and not a full tooth extraction. Just had that done and I’m SO glad I didn’t listen to this dentist and sought out another opinion. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!! Finally, I received a text message the next day saying that I missed my appointment and it was a little snarky. I cancelled all of my appointments so I’m not sure why they still believed I had one. I’m not sure how the other dentists here are - but I got the feeling that they just wanted my money and didn’t actually care about my teeth - there were no warm feelings in the office.
