I have been coming to this dentist for years, The short dentist who is an older man. He is always in a rush and doesn’t treat the clients with respect always with a bad attitude. Is very unprofessional as well as the staff in this office. They refuse to keep working on my teeth. I have an infection in my gums, and the dentist drilled into my teeth, thinking that would solve the issue. The infection and swollen gums are still persistent and now refuse to give me an appointment. If the infection is still a problem. They do not want to admit they missed a tooth, and they need to keep working on other teeth until the swelling/infection goes away... after the first tooth drilling, I have developed sensitivity to water around that tooth, and it is now very painful. Also, the teeth were uneven, and I had to get them filed down. Which of course, that specific dentist was unprofessional and acted as if he was doing me a favor for fixing his mistake. STAY AWAY from this business. They do not own up to their mistakes and always give you the run around. Now, I can’t drink water or liquids in general without it bothering that tooth. Which wasn’t an issue before the drilling of that tooth and now refuse to complete the process. Gums are still swollen. There is still an infection, and they missed another tooth. That’s what happens when you have an unprofessional dentist like this man who is always in a rush, he creates problems for your business. This place is a disaster. Seek a professional business. Not a place that lies about not having appointments available, refuses you service, and won’t fix thier mistakes. Called yesterday and they lied and said all the dentist are out of town and that there are no appointments available for at least a one month waiting period. Which is a blatant lie. Any business who only cares about money and not the health of the customer isn’t a place you want to spend your money on. Very unprofessional and terrible service. The dentist who doesn’t own up to his mistake. (In a rush to finish the Job and missed a tooth which is why the swollen gums hasn’t gone away and damaged a tooth while drilling and now i possibly have nerve damage, which is why I am now sensitive to liquids) and the receptionist who lies about appointments being available and is essentially giving me the run around and refusing service both deserve to be fired, at the very least. Nerve damage is a good reason for a malpractice lawsuit.

Where can I start? I have known and I have been serviced with Dr. Yamili Morlote for around 15 years. In a nutshell, she is very special. She is compassionate , kind and a great dentist. Overall Dr. Morlote is great human being! Yes , she will treat you and find the best possible solution for your satisfaction but she does more than than. Her values and care for her staff, customers, and providers truly sets her apart. I sincerely wish to find more Doctors like Dr. Yamily, she makes our community better.

This is a very professional and family oriented clinic, the doctor Yamily and her staff is super nice and love what they do, my family, friends and I we recommend them all the time, hard to find one like this one!!! Thank You!!!
