Dr. Maria H. Figueredo, DMD

Seemed like a great place so I tried to make an appointment. Supposedly offers free consultations but Juliette would not allow me to make an appointment because she insists that my insurance is going to deny the claim and insisted she is sure that’s what’s going to happen. Called my insurance to confirm if they cover what I needed and if there’s any reason to deny the claim. They confirmed what’s covered and that I should have no issues. Called Juliette back and she still wouldn’t book an appointment. She laughed at me when I said I wouldn’t pay for everything up front and wait to be reimbursed when my insurance pays for the services. She said otherwise they are not guaranteed to be paid and knows I won’t pay if the insurance denies the claim. TERRIBLE customer service. She also said there is no one else I can speak with other than her. I’ve never had someone give me such a hard time to simply make an appointment. I don’t even want to imagine what working with them long term would be like. Thank you to Juliette for giving me a clear picture of the type of service I can expect so I can easily know to avoid this place.

Dr. Maria Figueredo, as person she is lovely as a Dentist she is very professional and knowledge, very caring with patients, Office staff very nice you walk in and they treat you with respect, love, like a family, Dr. Figueredo is transparent l have trust in her. l strongly recommend it.

I have been going to see Dr. Maria since January 2020 and it was the best decision I’ve done so far this year when it comes to healthcare. The whole process of maintenance and ortho will take probably 2 years. They are able to do the whole process at the same office, cleaning, cavities, tooth extraction, orthodontics and more. I am already on the stage of braces and spacers and I feel great! She is gentle (my mouth is extremely small), super professional and she knows exactly what she is doing. Also, she explains every detail of the process, which is very important, specially if you are not in the healthcare business. The overall experience have been just perfect, staff is super friendly and professional, the office is extremely clean, and the location is great with parking available. 10000% recommended!

I come from many experiences with good dentists and not so much. I have experienced a pleasant first impression. the very human doctor. professional and above all honest. great quality of person. Prices very reasonable without insurance and the human quality extends to his friendly staff gracias Doctora Maria. Excellent experience. I highly recommend it. Maria Cueto. Miami.

The most incredible experience I have ever had with a dentist has been so far, with Dr. Figueredo, the most gentle dentist a have ever known, she is a keeper! The staff is great, they are always smiling and open to anything we as patients ask for. I also took my daughter with her and she was really nice with the doctor, she let her do her job although kids are difficult to treat, I would recommend her 100%. Thank you for your amazing job!
