I had an emergency with excruciating pain in two of my teeth, and I had to visit the clinic twice in the same day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind and accommodating. But the real star was Dr. Khadse—the best dentist I’ve ever met! She was incredibly caring, professional, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her expertise and gentle approach made a huge difference. God bless such doctors who truly care for their patients. Absolutely love Dr. Cha! He is super knowledgeable, professional and did great work when I needed to get two fillings replaced. The office is very clean and the front office staff were very easy to work with. I really appreciated the price transparency before my treatments and the ease of scheduling. Will definitely be a patient of his for years to come.

My husband first had an appointment which they didn’t bother cancelling and the office was closed. Gave them another chance and booked his appointment 1.5 months in advance, they call me 4 days before the appointment to reschedule another month out because they "double booked" and weren’t staffed correctly. No sense of time or responsibility towards appointments or patients it seems. When I told the lady calling to reschedule that its frustrating and I’d rather just cancel, she didn’t seem to care. Also said she called us a month ago to reschedule, when I asked her when she made that call because this is the first I’m hearing from them - she didn’t seem to have a date she made that call but somehow was confident she did and said well regardless we don’t availability. Also said their online appointment booking system is not accurate. Not sure why they still have that option open then if its a known issue? Terrible staff.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unacceptable Experience and Lack of Accountability I am writing to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with your office, which I believe reflects a severe lack of professionalism and accountability. To begin, I had an issue with my crown that turned into a complete nightmare. I was left with a temporary crown for six weeks—a procedure that should have taken two weeks at most—because the dentist ordered the wrong color twice. During that time, my temporary crown fell out five times, forcing me to leave work early on multiple occasions. Despite these repeated inconveniences, I remained patient and composed, yet I never received an apology for the mishandling of my case. To make matters worse, I was preparing for a major surgery, which your team was fully aware of, yet my permanent crown was only placed the day before my procedure. Less than a week post-surgery, the permanent crown fell out. When I returned, the dentist informed me there was a chance it could fall out again, adding even more stress to an already difficult situation. Feeling deeply frustrated, I reached out to the manager, Terry, to request a refund, which I believe should have been offered immediately given the circumstances. After weeks of follow-ups with little to no response and my phone calls being ignored multiple times, I was eventually told I would receive a refund. Months later, I discovered that my insurance was never refunded as promised, forcing me to escalate the matter through an appeal. The issues didn’t stop there. When I recently requested my x-rays with proper documentation, the receptionist falsely claimed that only Justin could provide them and that he had already left for the day. However, I could hear him in the background instructing her on what to say. Suspecting dishonesty, I went to the office in person and found Justin behind the desk, confirming my suspicion. During this interaction, I had my new dentist on the phone, who overheard the way Justin, who’s supposedly a manager role, spoke to me. She was shocked by his appallingly disrespectful tone, which left both of us completely speechless. Throughout this ordeal, I have never received an apology from anyone at your office. This experience has been not only unprofessional but also unethical, and I believe it demonstrates a complete lack of care for your patients. This entire experience has been incredibly traumatic, the way I was treated has left me with a lasting impression I never wanted or deserved. How horribly I was treated during this ordeal, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I sincerely hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for your practice to reevaluate its standards and operations. No patient should ever have to endure what I went through.

Dr. Cha is PHENOMENAL. he’s young, very VERY knowledgeable. He takes the time time educate his patients. He’s approachable. Excellent bedside manner. I am a new patient there (this is my 2nd visit as I’m writing this review). From one medical professional to another, I commend Dr. Cha’s approach to dental medicine, and trust and recommend his expertise and services. Justin at the front desk was able to get me an appt with Dr. Cha the next day as a new patient and was flexible with my schedule. He was clear and concise about my insurance coverage. Justin is very sweet. Tam, my dental hygienist, is precise and attentive. she gets the job done effectively and efficiently. All the staff are wonderful. Parking is tough (but it’s Hoboken so we can expect anything less lol) but there is a parking garage directly across the street from the office. Office is clean. I watch staff maintain aspectic techniques with me.
