I was looking into switching my child’s dentist and I called my insurance to give me dentists in my network and called this office gave them my info , the girl specifically said they took my ins, got my appt a few weeks out and the day of , I show up and they did not have my appt down and then tells me they didn’t renew some contract and don’t take my insurance at the moment, I left furious !! Had they done their job correctly to begin with , I would’ve gotten for one a call the day before to confirm which I did not but would’ve avoided this. I made arrangements to be at my appt and all for nothing . Be respectful of other people’s time.

Great Dentist. I have a 19 year son and Dr.De la Cruz as been his dentist for the past 16 years.Office staff is nice and friendly.Its like going to see family in his office.
