Words can’t express how grateful I am to this place. I was referred here by my lactation consultant due to my now 2 month old baby having troubles latching and having both lip and tongue tie. Before baby was actually evaluated, Dr. Haller asked a bunch of questions about baby and I and our breastfeeding journey. She was extremely thorough gave so many details and explanations on why certain things could be happening. Sure enough, baby had a tongue and lip toe and she gave us the option to either think about it or do the procedure right then and there. We opted to do it at that moment because we knew she was tied. Dr. Haller had us back again a week later for a follow up and again, was very thorough with the recovery process and what needs to be done, etc. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this place. Staff is excellent and so nice, Dr. Haller is a lifesaver. I will always recommend this place!

As a busy mom of 2 under 2, I don’t usually have time to leave reviews on here. But I absolutely had to because Dr. Haller and her office staff Ana are absolutely wonderful. If you suspect your child may have a tongue or lip tie, I highly recommend you see Dr. Haller- she is God sent. She takes the time to listen to you and the signs and symptoms baby and mom are experiencing, as it should be. Dr. Haller is so wonderful at explaining tongue ties and how it affects breastfeeding and swallowing in general as well as long term effects of leaving a tongue tie untreated. And she is ALWAYS available if any questions or concerns come up along the way. I simply cannot recommend her enough. An excellent clinician! She did a release for my 8week old and a couple weeks later released my 15month old. And my husband plans on seeing her to have his ties released as well as to pursue treatment for his sleep apnea.

Dr. Haller and staff are godsend! If you have questions as it relates to potential tongue ties or feel something is just not right with your child’s feeding process, she is worth the consult and drive from wherever you are. She treated my daughter for a lip tie and two tongue ties at 3.5 months. At 2 months my daughter’s weight had fallen from the 11th to the 5th percentile. After learning that she was gaining weight at a suboptimal rate and 2 months of her coming on and off the nipple or breast EVERYTIME she ate, I asked her pediatrician if she thinks my daughter has a tongue tie. Her pediatrician dismissed her tongue tie, saying she had a “slight tie” but it was not the cause of the “issue” of her “silent reflux.” I then had my daughter on Famotidine for a month to treat her “silent reflux.” When this didn’t fix anything I went to a gastro specialist who told me that she wasn’t on ENOUGH Famotidine and to double her dosage. After a week of doubling her dosage with no change to how she was eating or how much she was eating (and feeling completely lost and desperate,) I heard about Dr. Haller from a friend who went to her for her son’s ties and figured it was worth reaching out. I messaged them after-hours and they still replied back to me – their response was so professional and so kind. They told me to come in that coming week. Now let’s talk about Dr. Haller’s approach… she is incredible! Before even looking in my daughter’s mouth she asked me and my husband a series of questions. Her questions made sense and my answers finally made sense to someone! Every other doctor made me feel like I was crazy. Then Dr. Haller took a look and she showed us the two tongue ties and one lip tie! She did the procedure that same day and I breastfed my daughter immediately after. I felt an obvious difference and my daughter didn’t pull off after 3 seconds like she used to. The frenectomies were done at 3.5 months old and my only regret is not finding Dr. Haller sooner. But the work starts when you leave! You have to commit to the exercises as often a Dr. Haller instructs, but it is so worth it when you go back for that follow-up appointment and see how beautiful everything is healing. The only thing I will say – a lot of people mention that the feeding process was completely changed for them right after. For me this took some time and I think that’s normal for some, so if the weeks after are still a bit challenging you’re not alone. Think of it as your child has been running with their shoe laces tied together since they were born and now those laces are cut and they need to learn to use new muscles they haven’t used before! I also take my daughter for body work to two therapists recommended by Dr. Haller. Tongue ties can cause you to have a tightened fascia system, which craniosacral therapy helps to release. If you find yourself doing any of the following things that I did, book a consult with Dr. Haller to rule out a tongue tie asap -- questioned my breastmilk quality, questioned whether my daughter was allergic to my milk, purchased every single bottle out there, purchased every size nipple, weighed down breastmilk with oatmeal cereal, gripe water, purchased every single formula, stopped breastfeeding and just fed formula, exclusively pumped so that I could track her ounces, and the list goes on… When we have our second baby, we will be taking him/her to Dr. Haller that first week to check for ties!

Dr. Haller and her staff are amazing. My 3 week old son had a lip and tongue tie and we felt very well taken care of. Dr. Haller took a lot of time explaining everything in detail, you can tell she has been doing this for many years. The first few days after the procedure are tough, but they made sure we have everything we needed and checked in with us to hear how the baby was doing. We would recommend her 100%!

Dr. Haller is great! She has outstanding bedside manner and does a fantastic job at explaining everything clear for parents to understand. During the consultation (which is complimentary) she asks detailed questions and takes her time explaining everything in a clear and easy to understand manner. We were able to have my 6 weeks old tongue and lip tie corrected during on same day of consultation. The procedure was quick and immediately allowed my son to latch onto breast and properly feed! Thank you Dr. Haller for changing our lives! Her assistant is also great! Both are a sweethearts and love the babies!
