HORRIBLE experience!! Getting any dental procedure is not easy or great but this woman barely gives you a heads up when she’s about to go in your mouth a very big needle, she does not wait until the anesthesia kicks in fully and starts extracting teeth like she’s extracting teeth from an animal. Please do not come here the bad reviews are real and every single one is true.

A family member had her tooth taken out dr Renina Sáenz don’t have empathy with patient she don’t Wait got anesthesia to kick in she just abstract with patient in pain she cut my family member mouth with the the tool she use now she have a infection on that side of her face she’s taking antibiotic but is not working for the cut she have every patient that comes out of her office comes out crying I think medical board. Should check her work I don’t recommend no one to go to her office I would not want to ever use her service

Please listen to every review here about how Dr. Saenz does not care about you being in pain. I had my four wisdom teeth extracted today. She injected the anesthesia super quickly and then immediately started digging them out without warning. She didn’t let the anesthesia take effect for at least a few minutes like they do in other offices, she just started working immediately and in a rush. It was an extremely painful experience, I felt each tooth get pulled out very clearly and all they would say was that pressure was normal. They try to make you think the pain you’re feeling is actually pressure and has no regard for your feelings. When she finished she just walked out without saying a word. Please save yourself the pain and trauma and do not come here. Edit: I was not given “options”. My only two options were general and local. I was NEVER given any recommendations. The doctor never spoke a word to me. Not waiting for anesthesia to take full effect is pure negligence. The audacity to try to put the blame on the patients over something that is the providers responsibility is astonishing. If this is how you’re treated when you’re awake I don’t want to imagine how it is when you’re sedated.

Very good Oral Surgeon, the staff are very friendly and professional. The facility is very cozy and clean. I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed and she removed it very quickly and it was painless and the prices for services are reasonable. I give this surgeon 5 stars

Dr Regina removed my wisdom teeth the upper ones and I was absolutely anxious and I could sense she felt that and she was really nice it was quick and easy! The dentists assistant are absolutely nice, I had laughing gas which did help I think what hurts more is the anesthesia. When she removed my third molars I felt a sense of relief and thanked her. Also her pricing is very good very reasonable. I highly recommend going here at my general dentist practice we always recommend our patients to her because she’s so good at what she does and her staff are very nice people! However the only thing I’d say that I did not like was that the assistant who did my panoramic forgot to put the vest on me. Overall though everything was pleasant.
