Love taken my grandkids to Casa Smiles. Staff of young ladies are so friendly and kind. Dr Nazario is the sweetest and an awesome dentist for kids. The kids cant wait for the next appointment. A very pleasant experience!

Hands down the best children’s dental office in Miami. As a proud father of 4, Dr. Abreu-Hernandez and the Casa Smiles team make every visit a memorable one. The office is impeccably clean, professional and extremely FUN for kids and parents too. (Love the iPads) The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help.The orthodontist office is also wonderful. I have recommended Dr. Abreu-Hernandez and Casa Smiles to family and friends and they have all have thanked me for the referral.

Our experience was great from the start. From the moment I called the young lady that answered not only helped me schedule my appointment right away, but also made some great suggestions about preparing my child for her first visit. Clean, child-friendly office and lovely Doctor and assistant.

Very bad experience dealing with Insurance and Casa Smiles... Here it goes: At Casa Smiles I was confirmed by staff that procedure was cover at 90% by my insurance, happens it wasn’t so ended up 2 months later with a bill to pay from Casa Smiles. I started an appeal through my Insurance which was denied. Long story short I ended up paying that bill. I find this very unprofessional since I was confirmed procedure was 90% covered by insurance to later find out that they had lied to me since insurance company told me they had not received any calls from them on the day of my procedure. What really irritates me is the attitude of Monica (Not sure what her title is at Casa Smiles), this person does not allow you to talk, every time you want to start a sentence she is already cutting you off with an irrelevant reply which makes you notice immediately the lack of customer service and customer appreciation. Very bad service, lack of communication (She said I should have known this!) lack of follow up, no responsibility shown nor empathy. Once again it just shows Customer is valued as money worth and not as a human being, DISAPPOINTING!!!
