Prime Dental Group Doral

Got same-day cancelled on for both my appointment and my boyfriends appointment without so much as an apology or explanation as to why they were cancelling. I had explained at the time of booking this appointment that I was leaving my job at the end of the week of the appointment and would no longer have insurance. Now I’m left trying to find a very last minute availability at another dentist who is able to squeeze me in which has been frustrating.

After having left positive reviews for Prime Dental Group, unfortunately this year is the opposite. So May (Office Manager) probably left and now i can get anymore an appointment for plain simple routine cleaning, the new person says Dr Castro only works on Tuesday and sometimes Saturday. To bad, liked Dr Castro and his team.

Very pleasant experience with the team at Prime Dental today. Oriana and Dr. Castro were meticulous and very insightful. Everything was done VERY WELL and the additional recommendations were not only explained and with my dental health at heart. No pressure to sell me any extra services that I didn’t need. I will definitely be back and will bring the rest of my family. I recommend them vividly.

As usual, it was a wonderful experience with Dr. Castro. Anyone that goes to the dentist a lot knows that is an unusual statement. I am always treated perfectly when there, and always get the results I want!

Dr. Castro and his staff are "outstanding!!! I was sorry to see May is no longer with the practice, she was a great asset! I needed to come into the office 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment for my initial Invisalign application. Although it was short notice, they got me in without any problems and completed the process very smoothly and I felt very valued as a patient. I drive 3.5 hours from Key West to have my dental work done by Dr Castro....yes, he and his staff are THAT good!!! 12-9-2023 Update,: First Invisalign follow up- as always, the staff and Dr Castro are outstanding, professional, and friendly!!!! My only comment about the Invisalign process is that the "process"was never fully explained to me so there have been a few surprises I had not expected. Nothing horrible, just unexpected. BUT, to Prime Dentals credit, I also don’t ask a lot of questions and usually just go with whatever the "process" is, so bottom line is "it’s all good!!!" and I wouldn’t change anything! The drive from Key West is still worth it!!!
