I was recommended by a friend so I made an appointment on April 12th. My appointment was for 11am and I was not seen until after noontime without any apology or explanation. I got the routine checkups including X-rays and a cleaning. Needed some more work done so I made another appointment for today April 19th at 2pm. When I got there at 1:50pm there was nobody in the lobby waiting but me so I was hoping to be seen on time. Once again, I was very disappointed that I had to approach the receptionist after waiting for more than an hour without any explanation. The receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me or gave an explanation for the delay until I approached her. At that time I decided to cancel my appointment and look for services elsewhere. It is a lack of respect for a patient to sit around in two occasions for more than an hour without any explanation or apology. Would not recommend it at all!!!!!
