Implants 2Highly Recommended 2Exemplary experience in every way. Dr. Cavaretta and team truly went the extra mile with my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction. She’s been through a lot medically, and the team went above and beyond to help make her feel comfortable. They learned about her interests, remembered she was a Texas Longhorn fan – and even adorned her chair with themed-balloons. I’ve literally never seen her crack a smile when heading into a procedure before. On top of the TLC, the team was professional, punctual and did an outstanding job at the job at hand. Only problem with this review is that we can’t give more stars.

If I could give Dr Cavaretta more than five stars excellent for the superb implant surgery he did on a lower back molar and an upper front tooth I would. His expertise, knowledge and skill were obvious at every stage of the dental implant process. He is personable, professional, and has the kind of interpersonal communication skills that immediately put me at ease at the consultation and every appointment after that. He explained the procedures in terms I could understand. He listened to my concerns and questions and pleasantly and patiently answered them. During the procedures he explained what would occur and talked with me throughout explaining what he was doing, what I would feel, and continued to ask if I was doing ok. He called in the evening of the day of every procedure to see how I was doing. The next day, the office called to see how I was doing. Dr Cavaretta’s surgery assistants are also more than 5 stars excellent. The office staff are efficient and really know their jobs. Making appointments, checking in and out were always quick, efficient and pleasant. The insurance person knows insurance for sure , is super efficient and explained the costs with and without insurance.. with written copies, answered all my questions. All staff do work more than five stars excellent. I love the outcomes of the fabulous work Dr Cavaretta has done with my two dental implants.They are perfect! I’ve recommended him to my friends and acquaintances. I think he’s the best oral surgeon and I highly recommend Dr Cavaretta. I’m grateful I was referred to him.

I don’t even know where to start. I have never experienced a more professional, punctual or efficient doctor’s office. I live in Houston but traveled to Austin for my wisdom teeth removal by Dr. Cavaretta. I had been having issues with one of my wisdom teeth growing in. It was causing my face to swell, trouble swallowing and difficulty opening my jaw to talk or eat. I went to my dentist in Houston and he prescribed me medication and told me that it didn’t need to be removed. Within the next 3 months, it happened two more times. That’s when I knew I had to go see Dr. Cavaretta. I told him what was happening and he immediately scheduled my surgery for a few days later. When I arrived to his office the morning of my surgery, he and his staff were ready to go. I didn’t have to wait at all which was very nice and honestly shocking to me considering that I always have the longest wait times at any other doctor’s office. My surgery was extremely quick (at least that’s what they told me when I woke up) and my recovery was way better than I expected it to be. Dr. Cavaretta AND his staff both contacted me to check-in and make sure I was fine, my pain was manageable and I was feeling okay. The patient care that I received was truly one of a kind and so deeply appreciated. I can’t say it enough but Dr. Cavaretta / Hill Country Oral Surgery are the best at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Cavaretta is amazing! He did an extraction, sinus lift, and implant for me. The results have far surpassed any expectations I had. The whole process and experience could not have been better. His office is beautiful and his staff is so sweet! I highly recommend Dr. Cavaretta at Hill Country Oral Surgery. His knowledge and professionalism are off the charts. If you need any oral surgery, contact their office. You won’t be disappointed :)

The expertise of Dr. Cavaretta, coupled with his exemplary team made my oral surgery the best possible experience (short of not having to have one at all! Ha!). They put my dental anxiety at ease with detailed videos about the procedure and answered my list questions. The surgery day was meticulous, efficient and professional.
