I would not even give these ppl a 1 star. Horrible customer service. The fact that I was a new patient and called the number that was assigned to me and then I show up to the appointment where the phone number matches the office and they say I was supposed to go to North Miami Beach. Then, the front desk girl doesn’t even apologize. She emphasizes that they don’t take my insurance at the office that it’s on my insurance card and then instead of apologizing she suggest that I make an appointment. Why would I even pay anything to see any of them ? Horrible customer service.

Dr. Marco Contreras is very profesional and so dedicated . He explain everything by details and make me feel comfortable . Thanks to him a have a beautiful smile .

My husband had to have an emergency extraction done on a molar at this office. I called around and was told that it would cost $200-300 at the most to have this done and that because we were paying cash there would be a discount. That was within our budget so I scheduled his appointment for the next day. My husband was in an incredible amount of pain as the tooth had gotten infected. This doctor is getting a full 2 stars because he did a good job with the extraction....that we know of. That being said, he gave NO after care and his staff was terrible at following through on anything they said they would do. My husband told both the doctor and staff that he has polycystic kidney disease and CANNOT have ibuprofen and Tylenol wasn’t touching the pain. He also said he had to go back to work after the extraction. The doctor prescribed him 800mg ibuprofen 3 times a day. I called to see if we could get a different medication and the receptionist said "He would need to be seen by the doctor." When I stated he had already been seen by the doctor and that my husband was clearly in a lot of pain when he left the office she said she would call me back. She never did. Then I got a call the next day from the billing department who told me that the bill was going to be $480 and that the receptionist was never supposed to give a quote and there would be no discount. I asked for the break down of the bill and it actually came to $475. They tried to swindle me out of $5, which isn’t much but it’s still stealing. I told her I was not happy about the service and about the fact that we STILL had not received a prescription for more pain medication. I went ahead and paid her and she said she would look into it and call me back. Surprise surprise. She didn’t call me back. Do NOT go see this dentist. They will try and steal from you, they openly lie about what things are going to cost when they know they aren’t supposed to and they don’t follow through on anything they say they will do. The only good that came out of this experience was that my husband got the tooth removed but it’s not like the dentists are few and far in between. There are plenty of other options with much better reviews we will never again use this dentist or this office.

I went to Condor dental for an emergency visit. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was coming through and giving me some trouble. I told him i was traveling soon. He told me i had a slight infection and the pain was going to progress. Next thing I know he said not to worry. I will extract this now and you will be 100% healed before your trip. He numbed my mouth and said all done. I literally did NOT feel a single thing. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this office by all staff members and of course his skill!
