Horrible! The girl who saw my child yelled at my child. I never had a problem with any of the dental assistants. They’ve always been nice but not the last one. My child is traumatized, scared and doesn’t want to go to the dentist. That girl shouldn’t even be working there. She is so rude didn’t even greet. She is very inpatient and over exagerating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thevenin for many years. The Dr.’s entire staff also have been in the practice for years. The practice is very patient friendly and treat you as a person in their work and in the pocket book. Good dentist, caring qualified staff, and front office personal are great and willing to help patients instead of just taking your money. They CARE!!!

The only dentist office in Kendall that you should consider! I have been coming here for over 15 years. Dr. Thevenin’s office has done everything for me from cleanings to emergency procedures. They saved my smile. ❤️ Highly recommended office

For about seven years I have been going to Dr. Thevenin with zero complaints. Each visit has been pleasant . The staff has always been courteous and welcoming. They always do a superb job leaving me satisfied. I drive one hour just to visit her as I refuse to use another dentist!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Balmir-Thevenin for many years. The office clerks and technician are very attentive and friendly. I was disappointed with the last visit. I was called numerous times to expedite my appointment. Upon the appointment date for a cleaning. The technician advised that I would need a deep cleaning, not covered by the insurance. I was upset that I was not advised earlier of the expense. I cancelled my sitting that same day, and decided to take my business elsewhere. I received notice that same day in the mail from the same office, advising that Balmir-Thevenin, Joelle DDS will no longer be taking my insurance. Yet, they were expediting my visit in order to cash in on my expense loosing total trust.
