Dr. Flores is a great doctor. Very professional and talented. He is committed to your well being and care for you.I highly recommend Dr. Flores. I’m being under his care since 2016. He is an expert implant and oral surgery doctor. Excellent surgeon. Very friendly and dedicated. The staff is super professional and always willing to help. The office is clean and nice. I recently visited Flores Dental and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. Dr. Flores team is exceptional! They took the time to explain every procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The level of care and attention to detail was evident, and I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. They provided excellent advice on maintaining oral health and answered all my questions thoroughly. The clinic uses state-of-the-art equipment, and it’s clear they prioritize patient comfort and safety. The offices have a very nice view as well ! I have been a client of Dr. Flores for more than ten years and I have never had anything to say about him, he is an absolutely professional and a great human being, super detailed with his work, also competitive prices BUT, he cannot be everywhere and all the staff around him are not even 10% of what he or his wife is. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while and today I decided to do it. I think someone has to say that the people who answer the phone must be conciliatory and SUPER friendly because you are the face of the business and it depends on them whether people are satisfied or not. Doctor, I love you very much but you must follow up with your employees if you want to achieve excellence. I hope they improve.

I went for initial consult @2 months and was told they’d give me a quote after insurance approval. Was told my insurance did not cover ( perhaps error insurer’s side) . So they told me my insurance doesn’t cover anything (when they do). Called and said was mistake. Sent copies insurance card. By fax and email 2 times, as well as called. Nobody got back to me. So I went to another dentist, Dr. Batista, who got all the insurance info in 2 hours and I was able to start procedures on the same day as my appointment. Happy he has good reviews overall, but this is mine. ( and I have copies faxes and emails)
