Im shopping for dentists and This dentist gets a poor review just based on the petty and rude responses to actual issues from clients that encountered her office. Definitely do not want someone this callous working on my teeth.

Warning: If you have Medicaid this rude dentist will not treat you with any respect. I came in with a severely chipped tooth where I was looking for help. This dentist immediately was only concerned about how she was going to get paid. As she was checking my mouth she was very rough with my lips and gums. She gave me so much attitude and said it would be 2 weeks until she could figure out if my insurance covers a crown and told me that I wasn’t going to pay her. I left her office and went to another dentist that same day where they took care of my issue immediately. It’s too bad that people judge others and treat them poorly. Doctors/dentists should have compassion and care for people. What happened to the hippocratic oath!?

I have been a patient for over 5 years. As an adult I decided to get braces and I needed a dentist who could help me get the smile I wanted. I was recommended to Dr. Kleiner by my brother and his family. I explained to Dr. Kleenex what outcome I wanted and we put a plan in place. I love my new smile. I am very grateful to Dr. Kleiner and the work she has put into my oral health. Even after my orthodontist experience she continues to provide me with the best oral care. Due to her knowledgeable staff and experience I have received every care possible for my well being. Bertha is an exceptional dental hygienists and without her guidance and help my oral care would not be as healthy as it is now.
