Ran across this on google while looking for another dentist after over a year. I have mixed reviews about this place. The work they did on me when I first came in was excellent and the doctors were super friendly and nice. But I think their follow up work was not as good and I think some of the fillings they did are starting to crack. Unfortunately haven’t been back to them or another dentist ever since one day I go in for a cleaning and get hit with a bill of over $600 (and that was after I already paid over $2400 to cover what they said insurance wouldn’t cover). I guess there’s just no such thing as honest medical billing in Florida

I had my first appointment with Navarro Dental Group for my husband today and I was very disappointed with the 2 ladies in the office. When I called for the appointment I was asked if I have insurance and was told they found it on file. At the office I was met with unprofessional staff who did not even ask if we have insurance and raised her voice at my husband while he was in the chair. Extremely unprofessional. Sadly we walked out of the appointment, that is how rudely we were treated. I will not recommend this office to anyone. A waste of my time and gas.
