Pro Dental Centers- Miami Gardens

Today was my third visit, and once again, great service from start to finish. Thanks to Jina, Johana, Dychia, Luis, and not to mention Dr. Diaz for her thorough information about my teeth. I highly recommend them for dental services.

Updated review and has gotten worse. I have been taking my child there for over 10 years. Arnelys the office manager here is racist towards black people and is very rude. She got mad because I reported the office to my insurance and she told me in person that she canceled my daughter’s appointment because I reported them. She admitted in front of everyone that she retaliated against me because of it. She refused to let me speak with any doctor there. She said she is over all of the doctors. They purposely ignored my calls because she told her staff too. Then claimed the phones are down but when I walked in the phone is ringing fine and one of the front staff is speaking on the phone. Guess what? There are 3 phones in the front but she has directed them not to pick up my calls. She is unprofessional and needs to be fired. She is bad business for this company. She has absolutely no customer service skills and kept raising her voice. She made a scene in the office but still failed to make her point. She is a pathological liar and said I was rude to a staff member but cannot tell me what I said. She started huffing and puffing because I was telling the truth and then told me to leave and that I cannot speak with any doctors. When I asked for my daughter’s full records she told one of the staff members to only send me 5 years. She admitted what she did was a retaliation against me instead of trying to fix the issue on why her staff did not want to correct a simple mistake they made on my child’s paperwork. She needs to be reported. She is a disgrace to this dental office. I been stop referring people here for years because of her nasty attitude. When I told her she was racist and unprofessional she shrugged her shoulders. I DO NOT recommend anyone to this establishment. Find a dental office where the front office staff are professional and knows how to provide customer service to their patients and family. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Great staff and atmosphere. My son and I have been coming here for a year now and are happy with the services provided such as cleaning, root canals and braces. My appointments have so far always been as scheduled. Highly recommended.

They were really awesome extremely friendly and yeah good vibes. Great experience can’t wait to go back for the other side of deep clean ☺️

I am glad I found this clinic. I have had a negative experience and wanted to find a place where I could fulfill my needs with experienced staff. My expectations were more than what I expected. The office staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful, took time to explain the insurance coverages and deductibles. In addition the doctor Perez along with her assistants Kathy and Monica were very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the process of what I needed to have done, and made sure I understood everything. I am very satisfied with the work performed by doctor Perez.
