Nobody ever answers the phone. I’m considering change orthodontist because of this alone. Terrible service.

Terrible service I don’t know if they had a change in owner but this place is not what it used to be. Wait times are ridiculously long. No one answers the phones, I’ve spent an entire week trying to reschedule my sons appointment.the brackets always fall off within the first hours after leaving the appointment. I wish we would’ve chosen another place very disappointed.

i love this office and the staff!! I have had three kids with braces. Their teeth all look great!! My youngest just got her braces off yesterday and she looks fabulous!! She had severe orthodontic issues and it took a lot of work to help her become a non-surgical case, which is where she was headed!! I would recommend this office to all!

I take my daughter here and the last 3 visits I’ve had to wait 2 hours. My appointments have been at 4 and I haven’t gotten attended until after 6. The office is dirty, the phone service for making appointments is terrible. This place’s service, attitude, attentiveness, hygiene AND customer service have gone all the way down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Simon Orthodontic Centers has been the best orthodontist office in South Florida. It does not compete with any other with the easy payments and the compassion they have with financial needs. Regarding the office staff they are excellent. They are bilingual and with excellent attention to everyone. I Ernesto Martinez before finding Simon Orthodontic Centers was looking for 8 months for an office in Miami that would not ask for a down payment . I’m so happy to have found such an excellent office that worked with me financially. I was able to treat both of my children and I’m extremely HAPPY with their services .
