Implants 3Root Canal 2Dr. Davis is a terrible dentist. He performed a root canal on my tooth and he should have sent me to an endodontist as it was a complicated root canal. He proceeded to break off a file in the tooth and couldn’t get it out. Consequently I had to go to an endodontist to try to have file removed . Unfortunately the file could not be retrieved. Fast forward tooth had to be extracted and implant put in place. All this cost and pain from the fact that Don Davis, didn’t follow correct procedure by sending me to an endodontist. Stay away from this office.

I and my family have been going here for years, and I was surprised to see negative reviews on Google. I guess it proves that happy customers will just be happy, but upset customers take to the web. Anyway, I chose Dr. Don because I needed implants and wanted one doctor who did all aspects (bone, implant, crown, etc) in one place, without having to go all over town. I have had several implants over the years, each one was extremely successful in fit and finish. He is up to speed on the latest technology and knows what he’s doing. If you are having major work done, that’s all that matters.

Have been a patient at Dr Davis’,office for many years. He and the staff have always been nothing but kind and professional. I’ve had major work done, root canals, implants, etc and never been in pain during the procedures. Great experiences for someone who hates going to the dentist.

Recommended a deep cleaning before looking in my mouth, I can only assume to get more money as it is a costly multi appointment cleaning using anesthetic. I got a second opinion who said that he disagreed with this treatment plan and that I am nowhere close to needing a deep cleaning. Honestly seems like a violation of the hippocratic oath to me, would under no circumstances recommend going here.

Been a client of Davis dental for the last 5-6 years. Every time we get a procedure done we pay our bill and then surprisingly get another bill in the mail a week later. This seemed ridiculously consistent. So we recently received a bill for about 15 bucks. Had enough at this point. Expressed my frustration and they blamed insurance on suddenly changing the coverage offering, then they go on to tell me there is no way to know this would happen but it seems to happen all the time. Long story short - the person I spoke to (Belinda) was willing to lose my business over $15. The medical staff is great, Dr. Davis is a pretty descent guy. Just wish they knew how to run the business aspect a little better. If you have a had a similar experience and found another provider without these problems - please contact me directly with names and contact info.
