Walked in with a massive pain in my gums and head, no appointment. I knew I had the risk of being turned away due to being a full office with appointments. This was my second location to visit in the morning. To my surprise the receiving staff was so understanding of my situation and quickly made the necessary adjustments to have the Dr. see me as soon as she could. They verified my insurance and did all the required documentation quickly, within minutes I was in my seat being checked. Dr. Nelcy M. Triana and her staff couldn’t be more caring and thoughtful with my situation. Highly recommended just for the fact they genuinely CARED! This will be my family dentist, hopefully for many years to come.
