After over 12 years without having been to a dentist, I decided to go to Dr. Franco’s office for treatment needed. The entire process from calling for the appointment and calling again to get in sooner, was great! The receptionists (both) are very professional and very polite. Both receptionist, (my apology for not remembering their names) went out of their way to verify my dental coverage and benefits. It is refreshing to call an office where the receptionist answer the phone which such professionalism. Christine, the Hygienist, was great! She explained every procedure, step that she would be performing on me. She was very gentle and concerned throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Franco has great bed side manners! Something unheard of now a days! She took time to examine me, explained to me what procedures are needed to help my mouth’s health get back on track. Broke down my dental insurance coverage and what would be my portion in detail. The entire office has nothing less than top notch professional and friendly staff. I will make sure to send everyone I know to The Dental Place Of Oakland Park and you should also!

Dr. Bertnolli and Ann are great but the the person in the front desk is the worst representation of customer service that can exist. Nasty, problematic, terrible resolving problems, answering situations in a non cordial way, if people doesn’t have the skill to attend public should look for alternative options of employment. Good look when you go to talk with this person.

Donna is great at booking appointments and answering any questions. Anne Marie has always kept my teeth clean and Dr.Bertnolli is a fantastic dentist. 10/10 would recommend!
