I has been a patient of Dr. Silvestry, for many years, he is a wonderful and caring Dr. He knows how afraid I am to any procedures and he always made sure I am relax and comfortable. A dental assistant at this place (WhiteHispanic Young Male) treated me with disrespect and was extremely unprofessional. I came in to ask a question about my previous retainers and he was extremely unprofessional and sassy with me from the beginning. The lady with him (White/Hispanic) assistant decided to make decision for the Doctor, and didn’t give me the chance to explain what my side was. They both jumped into conclusions without even checking my teeth or letting me speak to the doctor. Both were extremely unprofessional, the young male and lady. I have been coming to this company before they transferred areas and got new associates. These new people there are extremely unprofessional.

Just had the Best Dental experience. This office is clean, and very well managed. Lily ROCKS! and well Go NOLEs Doc!! I can’t thank you enough for everything! Had almost all my teeth pulled and didn’t feel a thing. I ❤️ the staff. And will recommend this location and Dentist to all My Keys Friends.
