My first time here was a pleasant experience. Their customer service is awesome, they are punctual & will answer any questions you may have. Today I got fills for my first time and the doctor was awesome! He was careful, he cared about how I was feeling while in his chair & he answered all my questions afterwards & told me exactly what I needed to know about what was done to my teeth & how to care for them. The last place I went to tried to charge me for fillings even though I have insurance; I have no idea what kind of fillings they told my insurance I needed. This place I did not have that problem. I am so happy & pleased with their service! The environment is new & clean. The area is nice. I will definitely be back!!!

I get there and was told I had to have x-rays and cleaning in 2 separate visits. Then, I was told there is a $25 fee for sterilizing their instruments that would need to be paid each visit. Nice scam! No wonder why their parking lot was completely empty when I went. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

they would try to add extra procedures that are not "necessary" just to bill more to the insurance company and to yourself. Of course, they will tell you that these procedures would be performed in different visits that you have to schedule in limited office hours (Mo-Thur 8:30-4:30). It’s simple: the more you go to the office, the more their earnings will be; disregard whether they come out of pocket or through an insurance, it is just a waste of your time and a lack of transparency on their end. Finally, when you realize this all and decide to run away with your results, they will charge you $35 for duplicating the X-Rays you got in their office. You will be better off paying any Groupon Dental Exam and Cleaning (around $25-40) and have it all done in one session rather than going to this office to be treated as a "box of potential billing codes"

Dr. Rossen really knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend him enough for all of his work. He takes his time with his clients and I never feel rushed. Office Manager Karen is very helpful and all of my questions are always answered. I suggest anyone looking for a great dentist call immediately!
