My first visit was great then my second visit was my worst experience as the owner completely mean to his patient not understanding how bad I’m in pain or how feeling not counting my boss was helping me out with pto payment to process over the phone after he did an x ray and after wasn’t understanding my health instead all they think about their money even before. I even told them I have history of fainting spells and I will never return back to this dentist office again since Wednesday I have experience

Horrible experience. The staff gave a lot of trouble with getting my own medical information gathered at the office. Would not allow me to have access to my X-rays. They stated they can only send it to another dentist and the new dentist would have to request the information from them. Very much an unnecessary hassle. I went to the office and signed a release form and it was still a problem with getting my information. The front desk lady was very dismissive and said “it will get there when it gets there”. I don’t even typically write reviews but I am very disappointed with this experience.

If I could give this place no stars that’s what they deserve. So my 92 year old mother n law took her 68 year old disabled son to this dentist for a cleaning. He recently was placed on Medicaid so we had to change to another dentist. So his first visit to this dentist they stated he needed deep cleaning that was a surprise as he had deep cleanings done the prior year with the prior dentist and just this past February had a regular cleaning and was told he had a cavity that needed attention .So then my poor mother n law confused was told Medicaid will not cover medication for the cleaning and it will cost her $800. She made the appointment feeling she needed to go forward to help her son who is on disability since he was 20 years old. So she put down a deposit of $100. When we found this out my husband called asking for the $100 back she said no not refundable, she my 92 year old mother n law signed the agreement. WHAT !!!! just all sounds wrong in so many ways. Taking advantage of the disabled and the elderly. We are going back to his dentist and I bet he doesn’t need deep cleaning. I feel strongly that this place is charging Medicaid on procedures not necessary. Looking at the reviews I feel strongly that I am correct. I am calling Medicaid to report this place and I suggest anyone else that had the same experience to do the same.

I went here a few times, (once they told me I needed like 10 things done which was insane because I’ve needed less than a handful my entire life ( I’m in my 30s) and now all of sudden I “needed” so many because I have Dentaquest and they wanted profit. I had to end up paying for some things that weren’t “covered”. I went again for a regular checkup and this time was told I needed another 9 more things and the same thing done on the SAME tooth they already did the year prior. That’s how I knew it was a lie. All in all it was going to be over 700. Why would the same tooth need something done unless they did something wrong or it was a lie. Since I knew it was a lie I didn’t go to another dentist for about a year to verify this. I wasn’t worried and for good reason. When I did go a couple of cities over he actually sat down with me showed me pictures not X-rays on the tv in front of me and explained what ONE tooth might need in the future and why (not 9) he would’ve given me the same information as here if it was true or wanted profit. But obviously he didn’t. Not a single filling was said that was needed. He also asked me IF I ever wanted retainers but it’s not mandatory or due to anything major but would help with food not getting stuck in my teeth…which i already knew I have these small gaps but had no idea of options for them. I thought I had to leave my teeth as they were at this point. I would’ve used them over a year ago had I known. But this place failed to mention something actually important for me. So now I have paid and had some unnecessary work done, and was told I needed more unnecessary work. I can’t speak for how they treat other insurances. But I don’t recommend if you have Dentaquest. Get a second opinion if you get a long ridiculous “dental plan” and also get a second opinion if something doesn’t sound right which I didn’t do the first time. I reported and also to the BBB, which it wasn’t even accredited by them.

Be careful with this office! I should have read the reviews first they all say the same thing about them not wanting to give them the cleanings their insurance covers and they tell everybody they need deep cleanings to make them pay! This is really a scam they need to be STOP. How can you make/ force people to pay or deny them because they only want what their insurance covers? Over an hour wait! They force you to pay for stuff like it’s mandatory. My insurance covers my regular cleaning and they force me to pay or they would deny service for cleaning that are covered by my insurance which I feel its unfair because I didn’t ask for that. It’s like you’re being force to pay for something you don’t need only because they want your money! It started at $100 dollars now it’s $160 for my covered cleanings through my insurance. This office is a scam!!! I will not be returning because why do I have insurance if I’m paying out of pocket for things that are covered. Makes you wonder if they are billing your insurance for the regular cleanings and charging you. I don’t see how they are on the Medicaid provided list and they don’t do nothing covered by insurance and they also billed my insurance for things I paid for! I will be calling and reporting them.
