From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. So I came in here last month for what I thought would be a long boring consultation…honestly! But when I got to the location (50 Clinton St.) I noticed it was ran by all females. The anxiety washed right off me. The energy at the location is calm and inviting. I didn’t mind the poking and prying and overall uncomfort that comes with these appointments. To my surprise, the lovely Wennifer greets me and let’s know me I can leave with actual braces today for $100 down. I wasn’t expecting that I thought it would be a long conversation and maybe like another appointment before we could get the treatment started. I was so beyond excited, said yes immediately. She was throughout about all my questions and questions I hadn’t even thought of yet. She charged my phone and sent me on my way. I can’t remember the young woman who applied them on for me, but she was an ANGEL! I felt NO PAIN. She made no error. It had to be 30 mins. tops. Big big shoutout to her and everyone at the front desk. THESE WOMAN ARE ANGELS!

The experience was absolutely awesome. The facility is clean up to date and beautiful. I absolutely love the yellow and grey color scheme. All the ladies at the front desk were happy and helpful and nice. Doctor z was very informative about what to expect from my daughter Kenaishas treatment. The location is great for where we live. I am happy to be doing business with straight set. Keep up the awesome work everyone!

First time visit: Came in with questions and a brief consultation. Excellent experience from calling in to book an appointment to the finish. Odeth and the rest of front desk was organized and welcoming. The office space is well kept, tidy and very comfortable. If you want to get your teeth fixed up for a better smile, Dr.Zarabi is absolutely the perfect doctor to go to. He was very helpful and informative with the questions and concerns I had. Honest with the patients and has the patient’s best interests at heart. Thank you!

Hi, Staff is great especially Maria from reception area. She is always super helpful. New place is bigger. Only complaint is I would like to have more communication with dentist about where my son is with process.
