Very professional office and very clean. My dental hygienist, Fran, was very through. I had a big co-pay but that is more on my insurance than the office. As a snow bird this will be my go to office when I’m in Florida. Went to another dentist last year and they were nothing but a money grab.

When I began visiting 5 years ago, I was fairly pleased. Starting with the older dentist, Dr. Harris. About a year in, I had a poor experience after 4 crowns were completed and then losing 1 in less than 6 months. They were not apologetic, nor helpful and when I complained they just got angry. The alternate plan was not for me and the cost kept changing. I just pretty much stopped going to the dentist because i was so frustrated. My oral surgeon suggested them again and I agreed to try. It’s a bit of a schlep but why accept my dental insurance which should be a huge plus. I tried the new doctor and I like him and I was willing. Then I had to cancel my cleaning yesterday because my back was out. I have a severe disability. They told me right away they were charging me $50. The actual daughter of the dentist answered the phone with low energy and then was so quick to charge me and say I had a history, when I’ve only been there once again now since 2 years ago firing them. Well Delray Family Dentistry, I am not begging an office to accept me or treat me fairly. You should just do better. I al looking for a more permanent office and better care.

Dr. Patterson is a great dentist and cares for her patients. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best dental office in Palm Beach County. My teeth never looked or felt better.

Dr. Harris and his team at Delray Family Dentist are absolutely the best! Dr. Harris was thorough and gentle as he worked on my teeth. He took a personalized approach and answered all my questions, and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. I am so happy with my experience with Dr. Harris.

This would have been a 5 star experience. The doctor is competent, wait time was negligible, staff was friendly. Being a health care professional myself I am well aware of the cost of being in practice. I thought that a $240 charge to re-cement a loose crown was over and above what would be reasonable for the service. Doctor time was about 3 minutes. Staff time 10 minutes. I had the very same service in NY about 4 months ago. Cost was $50.
