While I appreciate the welcoming staff and the pleasant environment at the clinic, I am concerned about the protocols for dental assessments and treatments. It is quite perplexing that after an initial examination by a dentist, who determines a need for a tooth extraction, an additional consultation is required. This consultation, unfortunately not covered by insurance, involves merely confirming the initial diagnosis, often in a matter of seconds. I find the necessity of paying an additional fee for such a brief confirmation to be quite unreasonable. It raises concerns about the efficiency and patient cost implications of the current healthcare practices. I believe there should be a more streamlined process that does not incur unnecessary costs to the patients.

I had a wonderful experience at Downton Dental. The Staff is very courteous and Kelly is awesome. She is very thorough and informed me of everything she was doing as she went along & I love being informed! I learned a lot during my visit & returning there for all my dental work.

Johanna is amazing! She walks you through each step and listens to your concerns or issues. She doesn’t just clean and take care of your teeth she educates you on oral hygiene. She makes you feel comfortable and is so gentle on your teeth & gums. Thanks so much for your awesome work Johanna!

Wow! 10/10 for sure! I’m very grateful for Danny Mendoza. I didn’t think a quick conversation about the health of my teeth would lead to this amazing experience. He helped answer all my questions and provided great tips on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Initially I had some fear since I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 20 years but he helped me overcome that fear by just coming in. Overall great customer service and glad to say my teeth and gums are in good shape. 🙏🏽

I’ve been going to downtown dental for over two years and it’s been a great experience! The office is very efficient and organized. My most recent appointment I was very impressed with my dental clean up done by Becky! She was very friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge and was the best hygienist I’ve ever worked with! I recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Chicago land area.
