I will start this review by saying the dental service provided is unmatched from beginning to end!!!The staff guarantees you are comfortable before, during and after being serviced. The services recommend to you are explained throughly from beginning to end. The office decor is modern yet simple with a clean appeal. The location is easy to get to no matter where you live in the city. The doctors and hygienist are well versed, well educated and professional with great bedside manner. My experiences at this office have given me a new outlook on dental visits and I forward to a lasting relationship with the dentist here! I recommend smile theory 1000 percent!! Finally a place I can call my dental home!

Dr. Kenya is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate her patience with me. The facility is modern and clean. The staff is wonderful. I definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Alex was terrific. This was by far the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. Her office staff is friendly and helpful. Her hygienist was the best. Our previous dentist retired and I am so happy Dr Alex was recommended to me. I highly recommend her.

I always have a pleasant experience at Smile Theory. Everyone, including the receptionists are kind. The dental assistants are easygoing, explain each step to calm you, and do a thorough job. The dentists are top notch. They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. I always notice how clean and neat the facility is. The technology is top notch. I’ve chose Smile Theory during the pandemic and I have been pleased. They even validate Grant Park North parking for $10 (6 hours) so you can maximize your downtown visits. I like visiting the team! Excellent. Professional.
