I have been to this office 3 times and Choo has done nothing but wait for insurance approval. I went someplace else today. Choo tells bazaar stories about his kids and promises you will have a killer smile when he is done. Based on what my new dentist told me today, Choo lied about all of it. Don’t waste 3 months in this place like I did.

Do not use this provider. I went in for a filling and Dr. Choo said my insurance would not cover procedure and told me I had to pay $500. I later called my insurance and they said they will cover the procedure. I asked the dentist to file a claim and he said the claim was filed and I was given $100 for the procedure. I called my insurance and they said a claim was never filed. I was given a bill that didn’t list any information about the procedure so I couldn’t file a claim on my own. Complete scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. She said I needed to be registered. I explained I’m on the website and was in the process of asking a question when she started talking over me and saying “can I finish talking”— sure you can AFTER I finish talking bc you’re interrupting me. Anywho. Do not recommend for customer service purposes. Hope he’s a great dentist.

Dr Choo is very patient. Agree, his office may not be super efficient and stylish but his dental work is great. He has been my dentist for 20 hrs. I am not an easy patient, I am petrified of dentists. But, he always tells me what he is going to do, what he is doing while I am freaking out. “Almost done” sounds so comforting to me. So, if you are older, not super pressed for time go to Dr Choo.

Terrible service, I had a scheduled routine cleaning for my four-year-old daughter. We arrived early enough to complete the new patient registration forms only to be informed that her appointment has to be rescheduled due to them overbooking. Had I been notified via phone I wouldn’t have taken the day off nor kept my daughter home from school. The woman wasn’t sympathetic at all & seem to not even care how inconvenienced we were. That’s definitely not the kind of service I was expecting to receive..Never to say we won’t be returning.
