I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Wilson’s office. Before I could get a cleaning, he claimed that I needed several procedures and a deep cleaning done that would cost hundreds of dollars. My new dentist didn’t recommend any of the services Dr. Wilson said I needed. Additionally, I had to call the office 6 times just to cancel my follow up appointment. Unless you’re a fan of unnecessary procedures, I’d go elsewhere.

Dentist Wilson is very rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend him. No return calls. Phone doesn’t get answered by him and he was VERY rough with the needle while prepping me for a deep cleaning.

Such great experiences with Dr. Choo! He is truly the first dentist that makes me and my children comfortable when we sit in his chair.

My concern is whether Dr. Choo is aware of what his staff does when his back is turned! Foremost, I made an appointment that ended-up on a day that he wasn’t in. In essence, the receptionist scheduled me to come-in for nothing, because they were closed. When I rescheduled, she informed me that "the Office does not call clients to remind them of their dental appointments." If she did, she would have known that she scheduled me erroneously. Secondly, on my last visit, I believe the dental assistants did the teeth cleaning process backwards. In the 40 plus years that I have had my teeth clean: the first dental assistant polished my teeth, took the bib off, told me to rinse my mouth and told me goodbye. When the doctor came in, I had to ask him, wasn’t the tartar supposed to be scraped off first. He told me that "recent research suggest that it didn’t make any difference what order the teeth were cleaned in." So I asked "does that mean that somebody is going to scrap the plaque buildup?" After telling Dr. Choo no, that I currently can’t afford braces. He sent in a different dental assistant to scrap my teeth. This was the most painful experience I can ever recall at any dental office. The dental assistant acted as if she was in a hurry: she was choking me with the water, by allowing it fill to the point that she was nearly drowning me; water was getting all over me, including getting into my nose; she was hurting me with the auto dental tartar scraper, seemingly scraping a tooth until I squirmed in pain. I was so shaken up after the cleaning that I had to use the bathroom. I saw the dental assistant that just did my teeth, hanging out of an office, looking bored talking to somebody. Prior to today, Dr. Choo has always done my teeth himself. I understand expansion, however, I am not going to subject myself to such torture in the future. I will find another dentist if things do not improve!

Dr. Choo has been the best dentist that I have ever had. He is the only dentist that doesn’t fill me with fear
