I love this office! The front office staff is always so nice and welcoming. And the clinical team is even better! I love my dentist. Always takes her time and explains everything to me. And the best part is that they all work with you. If it’s an emergency, get you in right away. 5⭐️

I love this place. Dental assistants and Doctors are so kind and always make my son feel so comfortable. The entire staff is so kind and great. Their availability is great and reminders are so helpful! I will not be switching dental offices any time soon💚

Had an appointment at 11am. Got there, took a seat and waited 5 minutes before they called me in. The dentist assistant was nice. She took my x-rays of my teeth and told me the dentist will be there shortly. I WAITED FOR AN HOUR sitting on the dentist chair. I got up and told them I WAITED for an HOUR and had to be somewhere in 15 minutes. Basically was at the dentist for almost 1.5 hours to have no service done for me. I just needed a cleaning. HORRIBLE WAITING TIME!

I was in search of a new dentist for my children and am grateful I was guided back to Bedford Dental. Dr. Zaki treated my 3 boys. He is very good with children and teenagers. He is patient and gentle. He also communicates well , by insuring they understand and also takes time to educate on correct dental care. He takes time to listen to any questions and concerns and does good work!!!! Not half ✅ done.. It is a relief to find a good dentist for my children! My son also had to have an emergency visit, in which Dr. Zaki took time to make the situation better for my child. Thank you much!! The nurses are also very professional and nice!!

I’ve been looking for a good dentist for a couple of years but wasn’t too sure where to go so I stayed where I’ve been going for years although I just wasn’t satisfied. I decided it was time to find myself another dental office so I called Bedford Dental and I honestly have to say it was the best decision I ever made! I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the very next day! Dr. Zaki was the dentist that did the dental cleaning. He was very polite and very thorough. He kindly explained everything and gave me a breakdown of what he recommends I try to take care of. He made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I was very happy with the results of my dental cleaning and I will be returning for my six month dental cleaning. His assistant and the rest of the staff were also very sweet.
