I did my oral surgery here to take my inpacted wisdom tooth. The dentist did a great job! I’m very happy that she took it out since I had a hard time finding another dentist to do it as soon as I want it.

Called on a Saturday morning came in 1 hour later a hour after that I was getting my tooth pulled. They were the only dentist that could take me, and they accepted my insurance! I actually had two pulled when I came in for one 😊. They were very polite and professional. Do not let the outside fool you... it’s very clean once you come in.

If I could give this office zero stars, I sincerely would. For simple cleanings, they’ve done great. However, I don’t think there’s a way to mess up with something so routine. When I made the decision to have two wisdom teeth extracted, they insisted I only get local anesthetic and when my mom called to ask if they were able to do general instead, they responded with “that’s what kids want because they watch YouTube and see all those videos of people after general anesthetic.” (I was 20 years old at the time and had undergone surgery with local anesthetic and was traumatized- NOT a kid.) The day of, I had to ask for more anesthetic twice since I could still feel them pressing on my gums. After, they did not schedule a post-op check-up or provided information as to how to care for my wounds; Google was better at this part. About 4 days after, I had developed a dry socket which gave me intense pain that woke me every day and called for me to take 800 mg ibuprofen every 4 hours as opposed to the recommended 6. I called the office to schedule an appointment for them to check on the healing and for a refill on my prescription and the receptionists were anything BUT helpful. Instead of trying to investigate how to help over the phone and be sympathetic they simply said “well that’s supposed to happen.” Once I went in and had it checked, the apathetic nature continued. I compare this service with the service my sister had when she only had one wisdom tooth extracted. She was given the option of getting put under and scheduled to go back in the day of her surgery. This was at Armitage Oral Surgery. Highly recommend going there instead.

I had a great experience at this place I’ve been suffering from severe tooth pain and i went to another dentist office based on there good reviews online but they wanted to charge me over seven thousand dollars for root canals and crown lengthening and crowns needless to say i walked out of that place still in pain and discouraged about whether i was gonna be able to get the root canal i needed to make the pain in my tooth go away well I’m glad i found dental shine because the dentist was very kind and broke everything down and i felt comfortable the whole time and didbt feel like. He was just tryimg to make money off me in fact he quoted me a great price for a root canal and i feel so relieved that im gonna be able to afford to get this procedure need done Thank you

Been going to Dr. Frahd for years and love his patience and work...the office staff are TERRIBLE though! He really needs to bring in professional staff that actually work! There’s always something..they didn’t verify, they don’t know why I’m going in! I EVEN HAVE TO CALL them after every appointment. DO NOT TRUST WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU! Terrible service! Dentist really deserves 5 stars but his team :(
